You have to make that decision. One way is to play front pairs if your state has it. If the number is 3, then play 30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37-38-39. One way I'll be playing soon in November is online, but the place I will be playing doesn't have front pair options, so I will be betting 00-99 at the end of whatever number I pick.
