I agree with rcbbuckeye. The whole idea the lottery tracks millions of people is too conspiratorial with too many bridges to jump (for me) to make that destination. First we have to believe, either the lottery or the government has a back room where people are logging every combination picked at each minute/second of the day in an attempt to determine who is and who is not a serious player. For the millions of tickets bought each day that would be quite a feat, even for the government.
