What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
I agree with rcbbuckeye. The whole idea the lottery tracks millions of people is too conspiratorial with too many bridges to jump (for me) to make that destination.
First we have to believe, either the lottery or the government has a back room where people are logging every combination picked at each minute/second of the day in an attempt to determine who is and who is not a serious player. For the millions of tickets bought each day that would be quite a feat, even for the government.

Man files lawsuit over rigged lottery jackpots
Here's to hoping this lawsuit gets tossed or the award is zero. Tipton may have guaranteed himself a win but he didn't deny a win to anyone else. This guy's chance of hitting the winning numbers was no greater or worse than at any other draw.
If even one non-Titpton associate won even one dollar on any of these drawings, then the claim he had zero chance of winning doesn't hold up.
Had the lawsuit been filed on the grounds that the numbers were NOT randomly generated as they are requ

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
College ID's are accepted by the Texas Lottery
http://www.txlottery.org/export/sites/lottery/Winners/Claim_Your_Prize/
But NOT the Texas Board of Elections
http://www.votetexas.gov/register-to-vote/need-id/
If I went to a Texas college instead, I would have needed to bring my passport with me to vote before I got my Driver's License. Or I could always just buy a gun because clearly gun shows know their clients better than college officials know their students.
Common Sense involv

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
It is already rampant with people coming out to complain their vote for Trump defaulted to Hillary. Deja Vu Obama.
Isnt it convenient that the voting machines are owned by a George Soros company lol.
I, for one, am glad these videos came out because like you say, we would NEVER, EVER know this crap was going on. Robert Creamer has a direct link to the White House with weekly visits (342 times) and was employed by the DNC. He is also convicted of prior tax violations and bank fraud by writi

Do the Clintons have a HIT TEAM in place ??? If so, how have they gotten away with this for years ???
Emily posted A Short List of Clinton Associates Now Dead in her blog.

Man Who Won New Jersey Lottery Jackpot 3 Times Turns Out To Be A Scammer/Fraud
From what I have read here, it doesn't seem like he is doing any kind of lottery fraud. In one of the articles he says he has spent about $135,000 on lottery. If that much is spent on scratch offs, then isn't a nice win bound to happen?
Someone at the lottery corporation would have to know exactly which roll of tickets was at which particular store and then tell him that info and then he would have to go to that store and buy the entire roll before someone else bought it. (That is the only wa

Man Who Won New Jersey Lottery Jackpot 3 Times Turns Out To Be A Scammer/Fraud
Sorry I start a new thread because the original thread was closed maybe because its been six months. As I am sure most here know, a New Jersey man MIKE DUCKER managed to win the NEW JERSEY lottery top prize 3 seperate time in a year. He has also been posting all over youtube all his other winners. He has posted at least 100 different $500 winners, several $1000 and $5000 winners and untold numbers of $200 and $100 winners. Thats in addition to his 3 top prize winners within a year. He claimed on

Pennsylvania judge and friends win $291M Powerball jackpot
Hello,
It feels great to know that there is another intelligent person on this thread that can see through all the fake rainbows and bunny rabbits. This screams fraud to me period. I'm glad you can see it too. This is why I think Charles Strutt (who worked for the multi-state lottery for 36 years was removed from Musl(Multi-State-Lottey) Recently. I bet he knew that Michael Tipton had rigged many jackpots and it probably was a few people who was in on it and then they got caught up and got ca

Some on welfare bet big on Maine lottery in pursuit of life-changing win
I hear ya, man. My situation is a little different, but otherwise close enough to yours. I'm lucky in that I'm the only one I have to worry about and feed. (other than the stray cats who hang around)
At this point in time, my retirement plan consists of a jar full of pennies and a lottery ticket good for three more drawings.
I don't see how they can, with any success, stop people drawing benefits from playing the lottery. If someone was on assistance and won a substantial prize and c
