What was your biggest single prize?
On Wednesday of this week, I broke my record when I won $400 on Powerball with Powerplay. My previous record was $100 on a second chance drawing for the Powerball Instant Millionaire game show scratch ticket. The Powerball I bought was based on the date I got married and it won on my anniversary. Talk about luck.

Can I get some help with online lottery tax info
There are IRS codes and guidelines requiring state lotteries to report winnings over $599 but even after each of those tickets are paid off, they still shows a nice profit. It's pretty simple to me; if every state lottery reports significant winners and shows a profit, where are the gambling winnings? You are being called a tax cheat because some people expect you to prove you won something when there is no record you won anything. They also want us to record the outcome of each gambling sess

If you sign your ticket
Wow, almost four years since my last post. Anyway, I don't think the signature is part of the public record. I know anyone would have a hard time reading my signature. As owner of the trust you would have the legal right to sign the ticket. The public record would be the name of the trust. So sign it.

New York: 6/1 - 6/30/2009
LADY 334 Before you jump to conclusions you should review the record. Further more, I don't believe in posting more than 1 or 2 numbers to play because I am a Bahamian and we do have three houses to play in so when we win or hit we can hit um big . In fact, for the record I posted that number big large and in red yesterday 7:28pm the only number in fact and straight.....I need an apology please I am sick and tired of ppl being so critical on this lottery post when everyone is trying to win.

Did you know? New BONUS for missing a record Powerball jackpot by only the powerball.
I think they added this rule the last time they revamped Powerball.I think it was only used once, maybe twice. Its rare that Powerball climbs into record territory so its rare that this rule goes into effect.I'm not sure, but I think it went into effect when Jack Whitaker won the record Powerball jackpot a few years ago,but I could be wrong.

Powerball lottery to have larger jackpot, but harder to win
Just be grateful they don't simply use smoke and mirrors, creating a phony jackpot of 500 milion by changing the annuity payout again. Stretching it out to 35 years, or decreasing the initial payments and adding a ballon payment at the end could easily let them inflate the advertised jackpot by 50%. I know that MM said they could potentialy see a jackpot of 500 million when they changed the matrix, but I'm not sure if PB every claimed that as a possibility. Even with the new odds, reaching a

Mega Millions was hit according to the Ohio Lottery's Website. Reset back to $12M. I wonder what state....it wasn't Michigan.

March 6, 2007
Was March 6, 2007 a date that everyone on lottery post wanted to see how many users could be on the website at once or was it just random... I would like to see that record broken sometime this year... Feel free to voice yourself on my question and maybe a date to set to break the current record...
