I start having confidence when there is a Jp, any Jp for that matter. What I'm geting at is some believe(I find myself at times aswell) that the Lottery can determin if they want a Jp winner or not. The PB was just the second highest in the world if they could do this why would they not decide to have a winner? It was already estimated to go over 900million! All know the higher Jp the more sells do its a win win for the Lottery Commision. And then they could have let it roll again bringing
