A jury trial is scheduled to start Monday in the case of three people accused of trying to bilk the Hoosier Lottery out of $2 million.
Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry will handle the case.

The arrest of an Indiana woman accused of stealing scratch-off lottery tickets from local stores came only after she led a police officer on a car chase that ended in a bean field.
Abby Nicole Engle, 26, of the 4200 block of West University Avenue in Muncie, was arrested Friday morning. Details of the events leading to her capture were included in an affidavit released Monday.
Albany officer Mat McConnell reported that he was sent to that town's Village Pantry, 641 W. Walnut St., about 5:1

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
The thought of ever asking for money from anyone, including my dad has never crossed my mind. I have never borrowed money from anyone other then a bank.
The money is split between savings accounts and each is below the 250k max.
If I do buy a boat/truck, they will be used. New boat and truck prices are ridiculous. I have been looking at trucks in the 20k range, and boats in the 25-30k range. The truck isnt so much of a want as the boat is, but the truck is almost a need if I get a boat. I

Lottery ticket thief gets prison term shortened
An appeals court shortened the prison term for lottery-ticket thief Andy Ashkar by at least three-and-a-half years, reducing a sentence imposed by a judge because it was unduly harsh and severe.
In a decision filed on Friday, the Supreme Court Appellate Division's Fourth Judicial Department shortened Ashkar's total sentence to between five and 15 years, the amount requested by Assistant District Attorney Beth Van Doren in 2013.

$136M Powerball winner sued for 'dooring' cyclist
So you don't expect other drivers to follow the law when you drive? That must mean, then, that when you drive through a green light or an intersection where you don't have a stop sign, you stop anyways just in case one of the cars required by law to stop, doesn't stop?
And to prove someone opened the door we just have to look at one thing: did they open the door into traffic? If the answer is yes, as it is in this article, then you have your proof that they opened the door unsafely. It's that

How To Validate Or Discount Any System With The 'Bankroll' Litmus Test
Garyo, thanks for the Cliffs Notes. Listen, everyone understands the 'more in but less back' deal but, the idea here was showing how to plug in numbers specific to a set of combos in question to be played...or not played, it'll still shed light on the actual outcome in terms of finances. I agree with you about some people not caring about what they spend/lose and all...they just enjoy playing but, there are people here that do care and can also appreciate being able to apply a formula to anyone'
