Quick Picks can't match the power of Self Picks
There are some people who just don't get it and then there are Some People Who Just Don't Get It. The odds and equal probability of each combination is not in question and the probability of each combination for both Self Picks and Quick Picks are the same on a combinatorial basis, only. Also, the proportion of separate sales and wins for the respective play types is not the problem. Herein lay the problem, it's when Quick Picks are compared to Self Picks. It reminds me of the snotty

$5 Powerball Quick Pick Oddity
I got a $5 Powerball QP today, and the numbers are oddly alike. The powerballs are all different, but the white balls look very similar. 6 shows up twice as the first ball, 15 shows twice as the second number, 51 shows twice as the last position, 8 shows as the first number on one line and the second on another. I don't often buy this many lines, but I've noticed this type of thing before, too. Do you think this is a plus or a minus? I mean it's sorta like playing a wheel, isn't it? Do

The Real Deal
If you are talking about in general, Coin Toss is correct. Actually, I have followed the FL Lotto, FL MegaMoney and FL Fantasy 5 for several years, and I think more than 75% of the jackpots are won with quick picks. One year, every large jackpot was won with a quick pick. (I read all the press releases) That said, I don't think a quick pick has any better chance of winning than picking personal numbers if the numbers are generated randomly. Most people buy quick picks because it's easie

POLL: Is this a Quick Pick or not?
When you take the time to fill out a play slip, you're controlling the numbers a terminal will print on your ticket regardless of how you came up with them and to me that is not a quick pick. Quick picks are the numbers a terminal prints randomly totally on its own and are usually noted as such on the ticket. The only restrictions or filters a terminal printing QPs can have are those imposed by the game for example for a pick3 game there must be three numbers from 0-9 and they can be print

POLL: Is this a Quick Pick or not?
I checked good question because I really don't know. I think even numbers you pick off the top of your head or because you see a license or cash register receipt that looks good are quick picks, but that's too general a description. Numbers not based on some kind of system are random, right? Although when I think of quick picks from a terminal, I am assuming they were generated in some kind of random sequence using an algorithm. As I typed the above sentence, I saw Al Gore Rhythm. I'm

whats the most you've ever won on powerball or mega millions?
We do have MM available here. I did win $100 on PB. And of course, it was a $2 quick pick. Never win anything if I try and pick PB numbers.

do you quick pick or choose your own numbers?
I don't know if I'm allowed to post the link, but I found information on QP statistics in Florida and am very surprised that the amount of winners using QPs isn't very high. I thought it would be at least 75%. Am I reading this wrong? This is the HTML version, not the .pdf. Everytime I read a press release I see Quick Pick but maybe I just notice it more rather when it doesn't mention it at all. I use my own numbers most of the time, but I buy quick picks as well. On a recent post in the
