NCEL to DOUBLE Office Space
So apparently have they grown so large that they have to DOUBLE their current office space to accommodate their operational needs after just shy of 10 years. After yet another record setting FY 2014 (2 billion in gross sales), they have outgrown their current space and We the people will be funding new office space needed for their continuing efforts to extort even MORE $$ from NC players pockets, while retailers keep asking for new machines to no avail to repl

Targets for Pick3
Note: if PA is out 46 draws (now?) It would not surprise me if it goes the gauntlet of 50 plus..
Here's why.. WA history Root sum skips (and most other skip patterns):
found that the largest skips on record in 1776 past draws progressively increased over the prior 1776 draws. Root sum 0 is not a concern here.
Root Sum Skips (from 12/20/2005 to 10/21/2010) = largest skip (with respect to 0-9 ) 01 40 40 33 34 48 35 23 26 36 Root Sum Skips (from 10/22/2010 to 08/25/2015) = largest skip (w

Psyko does not know exactly how it erases itself and Ms Clinton never explained it to us yet. Think it may never gets stored in clouds thus no record is
kept and in a short period of time it goes away..........poof right before UR eyes. Ms Clinton seemed to really like that for some reason, but
guess what? Psyko has figured out a way to keep it if you want too! Want tell anyone of course, unless some Lottery Post member insist Psyko do.

Could you do it?
Dang, Silverkitty
You read a lot into a simple question. BTW, he didn't mention how big of a jackpot. If it's a Cash 5 worth $18,000, or a record setting jackpot, or somewhere in between. Maybe that plays into the equation, no?
I actually thought about this the other day. If I won a PB, MM, or Lotto jackpot I realized I would keep playing as I usually just buy 1 line for each game. The main reason is that I just really enjoy playing the lottery, and not just the jackpot games.

What will MM look like after PB change?
A friend is goint to be in the states in September/October and can bring me back some advance play. What would you opt for? 28 draws Powerball or 28 draws Megamillions?
I was thinking 28 single line draws of MM, since PB is twice as expensive and will have worse odds come October.
That got me thinking, how will MM grow once PB has become more unattractive odds wise instead of just being more expensive?
Do people care enough to defect to MM as it's cheaper and the odds are (sli

Special Circumstance Anonymity Protection?
I believe that you would be able to remain anonymous in many states if you have a protective order or can prove there is a good reason to keep your information private.
North Carolina, for instance, has says right on their website:
Q:If I should win a large top prize, do I have the option of remaining anonymous with regard to the media and the public?
A: The NCEL will consider a winner s name, city/county, and the prize amount a matter of public record, unless the winner pr
