Which game is hardest...
Well, if you're just playing Quick Picks, the Pick 6/25 technically is harder than the Pick 5/20 + 1/11. However, when applying a system, and comparing those 2 different types of games with the jackpot odds only being separated by a few thousand, the Pick 6 game could end up being the easier one in the long run. The reason for this is simply because of the fact the Pick 6 game is one pool of numbers whereas the Pick 5+1 game is 2 pools of numbers. The fact alone that the person using a system is

Four contenders will vie for winning lottery ticket in court
When I use to travel to Ga to get lottery tickets Just across the line on 95 I have had the clerk ask me if I wanted to buy some already printed. I said sure, they were quick picks on a lotto game.
I have seen customers at one time or another ask for quick pick tickets. They get the tickets and look at them and I seen one customer say he did not like the numbers on the quick pick and handed them back to the cashier. What a crock that is. You buy quick picks you take what you get.

Ownership of $1M winning lottery ticket in question
LuckyLilly....the customer (or one who claims to be) has come forward. His story is that he asked for a $20 quick pick. Instead he got a $10 quick pick with a $10 Powerplay. He refused that ticket, hence the error ticket.
To make it more interesting the customer says later that day he went back to the store and asked for the orginal ticket (what we now know is the wining ticket) and got another ticket instead.
The saga continues.

New lottery
The ALC (Atlantic Lottery Corp) who runs games for PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and newfoundland and Labrador offer Payday as aprt of their line up. It is a very hard game to win.
For those who don't know it...pick four numbers from 1-77. They draw 4 numbers only. You get about 15 extra lines of quick pick numbers after u pick your original four.

Question about Quick Pick
If I buy 10 sets of quick picks every drawing, on the average, how many times will I match three numbers or better. (Exclude the bonus ball).
Say if I bought 10 sets of random numbers or quicks picks for 10 times, about how often will I win by matching at least 3 out of 5 white balls.
I would prefer at least those who buy quick picks to estimate the answer to this question or better if you buy 10 set of quick picks each drawing to tell me your average.

Raffle or Not?
Since this thread is still going, I'll add this;
Despite the fact that it's proven over and over that 70- 80% of ticket sales for jackpot games are quick picks, and 70 to 80% of winning tickets are quick picks, there are still people that refuse to play quick picks. OK, that's fine. But then here comes a raffle, which, in essence is a $20 quick pick and nothing but a quick pick, and with that comes raffle fever , even among some of those people who insist quick picks are a waste.

Last-minute lottery ticket wins $254 million Powerball jackpot
We can scheme , plan , and select our numbers all we want to, but as with this family, when it's your time, it's your time..
Not just a quick pick, but a quick pick that was already printed and just sitting there for who knows how long waiting for someone to buy it...
Way to go Wilsons !!!

Are QuickPicks a waste?
It doesn't matter whether you buy quick picks or pick your own numbers because the percent of winners among both are about the same. More players buy QPs because they think it's a waste of time and effort to pick their own numbers, some even think it's a waste of time to check their own tickets so they depend on a clerk to check them.
I don't buy QPs because I enjoy picking my own numbers and checking my own tickets even if they're not winners.

$1 million Powerball lottery winner speaks about picking numbers
Oklahoma lottery winners discuss their methods
What's in a number?
Just ask Charles and Laura Fay of Foss in western Oklahoma.
The couple won $1 million playing Powerball on March 17 with numbers that Charles derived while driving his tractor-trailer rig.
He (Charles) would just be driving, hauling fuel, and he had a long route. Charles had some numbers floating around in his head, and we used those, Laura Fay said.
We happened to be pretty lucky. We use the same numbers a

Buying Quick Picks
The odds of matching a number using pure Quick Picks are the same whether 2 in a row or in 2 different stores.. because you are having the Store's RNG pick mathematical digits vs. a physical machine (usually anyway).. you should only use QP if you want to play Computerized drawings (that also use RNG) but most of you sound like you avoid such drawings (and I can understand that).. basically if you use RNG you are computerizing your picks! The reason that a lot of jackpots are won via QP are be
