Help JADELottery
Thanks for taking your time to help on this one JadeLottery! There is brilliance in your logic and the way you apply those formulas. However, the odds of 1 in 24,939,240,465 for 21 hits in 979 draws seem extraordinarily inflated to me.
I was expecting the odds/probability to be more around one in several hundred thousand or possibly as high as 1 in 2,000,000 or so. From a statistacal perspective, the frequency of boxed combos that show 10 and 11 hits within 979 consecutive trials would s

Potential Reoccurrence Probability
This is some very awsome stuff!
I've been reading through your various posts trying to make more sense out of them. There are many things I've always understood but was never quite sure how to apply a formula to them...
Half-life of Reoccurrence
Reference - Potential Reoccurrence Probability
Half-life of Reoccurrence - xl = -m ln(1 / 2)
m - average rate of reoccurrence
xl - half-life of reoccurrence
So I take it the Half-Life is the 50% chance mark or

Probability of a MegaMillions rollover.
The MM jackpot has rolled. The cash value is $44.3M ; the advertised annuity is $75M. Eighth round jackpots sell on average, $23.2M in tickets. If the current drawing results in average sales the probability of various numbers of winner is as follows:
087.61%
111.59%
20.77%
30.03%
The long term model, a curve fit exponential function now overestimates the jackpot by 3%. It is nonetheless useful for estimating the long term probability of the lottery going to h

Plunger
My theory is this, basically:
I play overdue numbers, and play the mathematics of the game. At some point, the odds of winning have to even out, even if it comes down to an individual number. When you do start playing, my theory is that you must play to WIN, not to break even or lose just a little bit, but to win. To each individual case, I apply a progression. What that means is that you bet enough to make a profit, which could be one draw or 30 draws. But let's say that you want

014 combo is Hot ALWAYS looks like
Here's what I can see so far...
Any state with 2 drawings a day, the 014 combo should be hitting 2 times each month... states with 1 drawing a day, 1 time each month (based on past results)
Here's a list of states that are due, the last date the 014 combo was drawn, and what was drawn.
