World's biggest lottery jackpot won by three tickets
I see lottery pools being a hassle too, but if you do go into one isn't it smart and common sense to draw up a contract an all members sign it? It won't be airtight if a lawyer didn't draft it but should be clear enough to keep issues from happening. On an episode winners had a pool. They were all coworkers. Another coworker sued for a piece of money, said they were in the pool. They kept a list of who paid what in and they each singed it. The list went back for 2 years. Judge thew case out that

Maryland Lottery officials inundated with Mega Millions rumors
That would be silly. She could have served as a living, breathing TOURIST ATTRACTION. I guess someone at her level in the organization would have a morals clause in her contract.

Workplace Lottery Pool Contract...
Thanks for your suggestions. What I have done currently is to send emails to everyone advertising the pool and there is a 11x14 envelope in my office that everyone can access and they are to put money in and sign their name to the envelope and the amount put in, even though it's only $2. Then before the drawings I go purchase the tickets, scan them in and email them to the participants. I'm not chasing anyone down (yet) for money to be in the pool. My other concern is with a contract that I am g

$14.3 million Hot Lotto prize claim withdrawn
there are too many lacunas in this story, where did crawford shaw the attorney get the ticket? there must have been some one who handed the ticket to him,so mr.shaw could draft the legal contract that he took to hot lotto's office. in my opinion he is a liar,he has the information but he denies the true fact. how can he not know who is the real person who gave him the ticket,i smell a rat. its shame that 14 million dollars were not claimed, even multi-millionaires will not let this amount go ther

Wonder about the computer picked numbers
I am still rather new to this board. Thought I would chime in on this one. The computer draws I think need to go. Its to easy to manipulate them even if the thing is certified by an outside audit agency. Which being a contract thing, if the lottery people that are handling the contract with the outside firm is not doing what they want, the outside auditor will get dropped somehow someway and very quietly. Its never to hard to find a contractor for government affiliated work. Another example is s

Lottery System
They can 'ask' all they want, unless they have a signed contract, it's not gonna happen. And if I play 'your' numbers and I win, that's nothing more than a coincidence.
