How is this not a massive fraud by the Florida Lottery?
So, after posting my question about the disappearing prizes on the Florida Lottery Instagram account appearing on their main page, their response was not to answer the question but to block my account and drop me as a follower on the Instagram page. I think the Florida Lottery is a huge rip off, a scam, a bogus scheme at the governmental level to suck money out of people's wallet and not deliver on the prizes advertised. The contest I refer to is their 10 million Florida Cash scratch off tha

Monopoly Millionaires game
This is why the number of minimum MC winners is clearly advertised as estimated, whereas the $1 million is not. They're advertising the game as having at least 10 millionaires, and at this moment the NY lottery website says 12 Millionaires To Be Created! and that the jackpot is now $18 million. That seems to match what you said in the news thread: that the increases to 12, 14 and 16,, as well as the increases in the jackpot, happen with each subsequent drawing without a winner, rather than

Can Lottery Ball Machines Cheat - Be RIGGED ?
To have a decent conspiracy theory, we need a legitimate reason why any state lottery would cheat and take the chance of killing their cash cow. You've hit the nail on the head there. We see threads of people complaining all the time about rigged draws, and about the lottery intentionally drawing least picked combos and creating rollovers, etc. Now that has got the be the absolte WORST REASON EVER to commit fraud in the lottery, just so the lottery can get a little more profit!? For one t

Kentucky Lottery manager faces lottery ticket fraud charges
It's the temptation, many cannot resist. Lottery employees and vendor/contractors, with their inside access to information, people and systems, will always be tempted to take advantage of their position. That is why they are not supposed to be allowed to play the lottery, because of the potential for abuse and fraud. But that rule doesn't stop them. Just like the previous case of a lottery security official with ticket fraud: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/263544 They cannot resist

Mass. lottery winners face charges in welfare fraud
Unless you are a sage, which you have not claimed to be and verified to be correct, you would have no knowledge of the source of the money with which the welfare recipient purchased or purchases his/her lottery ticket. If the welfare recipient wins, you own absolutely no share of it. There is no net lottery pool created. The litany of taxpayer's money that goes to create benefits, in the thousands of dollars, indirectly to many persons in America is extensive, and it is not possible to cat

G.A.T. Engine 2.0
True and fair enough. Any tested draw which is to be predicted (and all following it) is of course not known prior the prediction of that draw and the statistics generated simply say how the engine managed in predicting that unknown draw to the engine till that point. There would be no other way to make that hits comparison test, so to display statistics if the tested draw isn't there for that comparison to be made! From this point of view, i am not afraid or being fraud about my claims or the h
