Thank you RadioFiend948. I agree. I'm looking at the mechanics here. Mechanical drawings as we have in MI are a contrast to the digital number generators. Ping as in pong balls - three separate containers, #'s 0-9 all wind driven around. The air flows within are similar if not the same drawing to drawing. My Theory of state lottery control of winners in a drawing is this: In COLORADO, for example we have Lotto and Lotto+. On the Last 7-6-22 drawing we had the number 8-11-15-20-23-24 as the lotto number And 8-11-15-22-23-24 as the ( +) number supposedly drawn.
