There was a thread within the last couple of months about something similar where some one posted a story about the time when Pa. had the Pick 3 drawing rigged. There was a link in the article describing the Pa. drawing procedure since then. Pa. does almost 15 tests for each drawing nowadays. This I believe, is what started all the pre-test and post draw testing that now occurs. Of course it's done to protect the integrity of the games and to keep everything completely random. Yeah, right.

I only regularly play the Texas Lotto. Odds on the PB and MM are just too astronomical for me to believe that I could win. I wouldn't need that much money anyway. For each TL drawing I buy one ticket for each million in cash value. The jackpot starts at 5 million (about 3 cash option), so I buy 3 tickets per drawing. The jackpot only increases by about 200k (cash value) per drawing so it takes a while to get higher. I'll throw $5 at the Texas Two Step if the jackpot goes over $500,000, which onl

Powerball drawing (08/06/16)took longer than usual
The powerball drawing video usually lasts around 55 seconds. When I watched the replay for August 6th,2016 The video ended but there were only three balls drawn. I wonder if any changes were made for this to happen? Or is it just an anomaly. Check out the replay. I'm sure at some point they will extend the video replay. By the way, I had the powerball nailed. 12 is a hot number. But all the white numbers drawn were neutral. Huh!!

Do you buy tickets even when the jackpot isn't high?Reply
I usually wait until ticket sales suggests it's more likely the jackpot is won. Based on sales the last drawing had about a 20% chance of a jackpot winner. The next drawing should be over 50% so now is the time for me to buy tickets. IMO, nothing wrong with purchasing tickets for every drawing, but it's better than having no chance to win in the last 18 drawings.

On the website you posted, I don't see an option to see a real, live drawing or a link to click on for viewing the on demand version or otherwise any type of live drawing. The video that I watch of the drawing at this exact website absolutely does not have LIVE posted anywhere on the screen, in the background, etc. If there are other special instructions you have to do to get access for the on demand option so you can see it live, then I'll look for that.

I recall watching on some videotape on either the NC or SC lottery websites, that both Midday and Evening drawings were drawn at the same time in advance of the actual scheduled Live Drawings ,and videotaped to be aired Live at the appropriate time. Of course, I can't find that videotape on either of the NC or SC websites anymore. Odds of two consecutive Badger 5 drawings having three numbers in common is 1 in 53, exactly the same probability of your Badger 5 ticket matching 3 of the 5 numbers from a drawing. BTW, the odds of a Badger 5 drawing matching all 5 numbers from the previous drawing is 1 in 169,911 which is also exactly the same odds that a ticket you buy has of matching all 5.
