If you're the type of lottery player who finds thinking about lotteries as entertaining as playing them, you think about the questions many ask and guess at the answers when with a computer and a few lines of code you could get a better answer. I think I'm missing something here. To me, a RNG is a computer program that's used to generate a line of numbers to be printed on a quick pick ticket for an online lottery game prior to a drawing. RNG's aren't involved/used for player picks. So I'm confused with regard to Ron's comment. Are the winning ticket numbers for each prize category in the raffle generated/created by a RNG? I would think that the winning tickets would be randomly selected/drawn out of a pool consisting only of the

Not sure about any codes . Just under the game logo is the retailer number (RET# 134095-00) which is the store where I buy my tics in Texas. At the bottom on the left just above the barcode there are always 6 numbers such as 014455. These numbers are not the same on different tics. Then across on the right just above the barcode there are a series of numbers that always start with 9328-then 9 numbers that are different on each tic, then a dash, then 6 numbers that are different on each tic.
