I agree with WWWBUKTN that the lottery, especially Powerball, should only be allowed to advertise the cash value vice annuitized jackpot amount because since 2003, excluding the 2 pools that had both annuity and cash claimants, only 3 of the other 122 jackpot winners opted to accept annuity payments.
