There definitely will be some difference in lottery revenue because before the cross selling started states with a multi-state game attracted players from neighboring states. Now that most states will be selling both games, revenue from out of state players will cease. Larger states will probably see an increase in sales while smaller states will see a decrease.

I don't believe in 100% winning systems. There are some systems that will increase the winning chances (like the one I use), but no way someone has a bullet proof winning system.

To match Powerball, Mega Millions should start its jackpots at $16 million and have minimum rollovers of $4 million (since the cash options for those figures in MM would be comparable with Powerball's cash options for its opening jackpots and minimum rolls of $20 million and $5 million). Of course, if Mega Millions did that, it would probably increase its matrix to over 200 million combinations too.

She should have had some suggestion when she and her husband owning 3 million dollar to her creditor, and couldn't pay. That's why when she win on who smarter than a fifth grader she gave the money to the school, but her creditor came after her for the money. It not set in stone it will have to be voted on. Last night as there was no jackpot winner the jackpot was $420,000. It's went up $100,000 today and now is at $520,000. Pretty good increase for a Pick 5 in one day.

Lottery sales may be up because of the addition of new games in one state, if its citizens were crossing state lines to play a multistate game. And perhaps there is some unmet demand in Tenn. However, I doubt that the spread of the multistate games across the country will ultimately increase lottery sales on the whole. People have gambling budgets, which track pretty well with the economy. Thus, the economy being in recession, most studies show that gambling sales are down correspondingly.
