I ran some stats for a few Pick 3 games. Below is the screen shot for the Florida Combined drawing. Hey ineedahit i don't know why mrsprufrock was playing it but i can say i guessed it was coming out becase of the pattern from 339. NUMBER CHART BASE ON WHAT I WAS TAUGHT 0 1 2 3 4 5 5 6 7 8 9 0 so i figured they could keep one of the 3's and turn the other one into a 8 and keep the 9. Example: 339 389 so they kept the 1of the 3's and # 9 and changed the 8 since the #3 is a 8 and the #8 is a 3. ALSO NOTE: some are taught to flip #'s in a different way example number 2

Serious Question? lottery pre-draw tests
Shouldn't we be calculating numbers (wheels,system,etc...) for future wins instead of present.I think most people base their number selection on the very last draw date and not pre-draw tests.

On each betslip there is a designation for selecting a six (6) way wheel for a single (3) digit number. You hit the nail right on, is all about waging strategy. Combo bet is cost effective for few picks, waging 3 sets at 50cents/pick will cost you 9$/draw. With the cost in mind, you set your time frame and roll the dice. I rarely wage on P3, my focus is P4 where my betting strategy is base on Prize ratio(few picks, longer time frame).

On March 2nd of last year, #31 had 15 hits, and it ended the year with 58 hits, which made it the 2nd biggest hitter of 2016 behind #'s 17 and 29. (They each had 59 hits in 2016) So you can see that this year #11 is right schedule. It could go cold and not do well the rest of this year, I've seen that happen to a few numbers, but #11 certainly does have a solid base of hits early in 2017 which it will need if it's going to get anywhere close to 60 hits in 2017. I am still trying to get better at the digits selections so im still in the testing mode last night i had first 2 positions correct and the last one correct in 21 lines i would have ended up with 2 lines with 4 of 5 and 7 lines with 3 of 5 and 7 lines with 2 of 5 and 5 lines with 1 of 5 I would have not expected that since i only hit 3 correct but after looking at the lines produced it made sense.
