Official gets 8 years at home for rigging lottery
Jim695 posted the answer to how anyone found out.
Foltz and Adkins then drove to Crown Point. They stopped at a little Mom Pop store there and bought every $20 scratch-off in the place, spending between seven and eight hundred dollars and, sure enough, they found a ticket worth a million dollars. The next day, one of the men went to Hoosier Lottery headquarters and claimed $25,000, which was half of the first installment. Hoosier Lottery Director Jack Ross paid the claim personally, but

rebecca paul needs to be fired
She's your Lottery Commissioner, right? So to me it's no different than a (non-owner) CEO. The head of an organization is where the buck stops. THey are ultimately responsible for everything that goes on, regardless of whether or not she hired all the incompetents that seem to work at the TN LC.
So to me, yeah, she needs to be fired.
She could always get a job somewhere in politics as an elected offical. Seems to me, she'd fit right in over in Washington. She knows how to tap dance, m

Why the sudden concern with anonymity ?
So I'm to believe this guy that won made up the info himself and printed it up himself ?
OK.
Then nobody should be fired, I retract that.
Thank you for your continued support.
Off to 'spout off' some more.

pick 5 players needed to share ideas
Floridian,
Pick5master chose a vertical market, the Pick 5 forum to share ideas, not the general discussion area, we should give the guy/gal a chance. Hopefully he/she will give us a look see as to what he/she is doing, and go from there. You are right, though, it is a canned sounding sort of pitch. He/she needs to explore the posts and show some integrity and due diligence. Snake oil salesmen/women don't last long here and he/she will find out quickly he/she is in a place where we all are

Poll - RNG, auditors and game fraud
If the auditors could not gather sufficient evidence for the integrity of an RNG drawing, I'm pretty sure they'd qualify or disclaim an opinion,
Probably so. Texans were certainly shocked when the person over in the auditing function revealed internal emails expressing concern for the practices of the Lottery Commission. (Revealed AFTER he was fired).
Wonder if the guy ever found another job, I do. Likely his services are in great demand these days for his having gone public.
But aud

Anyone seen the "Shift"
Yes I'm one of the 5 people she has given it to! I was talking with her day in and day out and she said she would share the system for over a week and I never shot her down or got impatient and she shared it with me. Maybe if you all would of been a little more patient it would of been more than 5 people and her system is just another part of a greater system that works!
Everyting is co related! Vtracs, Mole, Shift stacks of anykind, lottery bible programs ect. It's what you learn to

Ex-lottery employee claims bias complaint led to firing
oh yeah - poor Mr. Litwin was a real altruist who got in the way of all that corruption...
Litwin was a long time employee of GTECH's then competitor who had the (at the very least) incredibly poor judgement to direct his security people to start investigating members of the Legislature. He had absolutely no authority to do that. If he had real reason to believe there was funny business going on, he should have shared that info with the local District Attorney, the TX AG or even the FBI.

One of the original commissioners to oversee the Texas lottery was called back to service Friday, this time to act as the temporary executive director of the troubled agency because officials have been unable to find someone to permanently fill the job, which has been open for six months.Anthony Sadberry, a Houston lawyer who gave up his private practice two months ago to become an assistant Texas attorney general, will take over the day-to-day operation of the lottery on Tuesday. How to Steal a Billion Dollars...
LOTTOMIKE:Again, we appreciate your support, but it's not a matter of giving up; we've exhausted all of our resources. The press will no longer give us an audience. Our legislators stopped speaking to us after they were satisfied we had no knowledge of the scratch-off ticket scandal (before it went public).People who work for the police agency (Marion County Prosecutor's office) charged with the investigation are quitting and going to work for the Hoosier Lottery.Lottery revenues are being shovele
