Which way is better?
I think I agree with hypersonig.
It's a lot like buying .....SHORT or LONG in the stock market. The stock is at say... 40.00 dollars a share and you bet it Short or to go down and you are right ! You can only make that much or you are limit down on that stock at best...... 40.00 per share. No place to go from there.
But... If you buy Long and the stock is 40.00 per share.... it could be a young Microsoft ...LOL The up side has no Top.

incredible story
Hello again. Always nice to meet new people.
Here is the link (with the English Translation) I sent to Todd. Hope it is okay to post. Just want to write this comment, because the odds of a man and his best childhood friend winning on the same day are rare enough, but it does happen when people have things in common. But now you are saying one of these guys also found a winning ticket 6 months later? I'm not saying it isn't true, but it definitely sounds (as your title says) to be in

new text editor
Your welcome, and thanks for noticing!
I personally like how it allows you to continue to apply the same color multiple times, by remembering the last color selected. (Just like how the color buttons work in Microsoft Office.)
Another improvement is the Search Replace feature, which is more like a standard word processor's.
Have you tried resizing the editor? Many people don't know that feature exists. At the bottom-right corner is a little drag handle, and you can drag the editor

About the help files.
While the LOTTOMAN.HLP can be read by Win98SE, I find that neither WordPad nor NotePad can read the Pick3.DOC file and the TUTORIAL.DOC which are in the DOCS folder.
I guess that Microsoft Word 2.0 or some such program is needed to read them, in addition to that problem, the Document file PICK3.DOC might be corrupted.
While perhaps (Maybe) those Document files are not strictly needed it would be nice to have them.
As I said, I can read the LOTTOMAN.HLP file.

Help! My excel system is no longer working
Lottaloot, I got this info from a help page that has worked for many people, I quote.
change setup.ini
CDCACHE=0
Go into Registry Editor (Start, Run, regedit ). Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Office, 11.0, Delivery. There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode (mine was 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9). Select that directory. On the right side of the screen, right-click on CDCache. Change the value to 0. This worked for me, but be
