Using the above parameters I picked 30 lines randomly and added 5 more lines that include the 8 numbers left out of the first 30. According to CoverMaster, I covered 99.5% of the possible combinations of 2's, 30.4% of 3' and 1% of 4's, which is about the same as wheeling 39 numbers with a 100% guarantee of matching 2 in 36 lines.
