Why would MM risk losing people/money with new matrix?
Thanks for the clarification. There was a 191 million tickets sold for the previous advertised $363 million jackpot drawing. I believe that is the record for the most wagered on one drawing without the jackpot being won.
Using that as a yard stick and the unlikely chance of 652 million in ticket sales not producing a jackpot winner, the next drawing would be over $1 billion. Only time will tell if it's possible for the new 5/75 + 1/15 to reach $1 billion.

COMPUTERIZED DRAWING GLITCH STRIKES ARIZONA LOTTERY
You might have a genuine complaint and relevant to this discussion if after the pre-drawing test they removed the nine from the second digit position machine and removed eight and nine from the third digit position machine.
Are you saying a pre-drawing test can prevent a digit in the second digit position and two digits in the third digit position from being drawn when the digits are still in the machine because of the pre-drawing test?

Lottery Addiction
If you track a game that has a drawing every day, chances are you're going to see a winning combination that you might had played had you been playing that day which is likely to lead to you playing every drawing eventually.
I prefer to track only games that have drawings no more than three times a week, that way regardless of the chances of me winning I can only play when there is a drawing.

Texas: 6/1 - 6/30/2013
time to vent TLC is robbing from the poor its no way numbers can change day to day and not one single number returns in the following draw on a weekly basis. Pick 4 players, i think its time to sign a petition to have Live drawing in the state of Texas. we are at the mercy of TLC if we continue on this path.Boycott if necessary .there is no pattern and consistency in the drawing which strongly appears to be riged .yes they have web cam recorded drawing and as i said in the statement ( they recor

Ohio Classic Lotto (6/49) at $16.6M/$8.3M cash
Before Wednesday's drawing all 49 numbers had hit in the previous 28 drawings. I thought that would give me an advantage but the best I could do was a couple of match2 in ten lines. I checked the nearly 1500 combinations that I picked those 10 from and I rejected twenty match3 and three match4. Three of the winning numbers being in Monday's drawing didn't help my system.
The same situation exists for this Saturday drawing again, hopefully a slight adjustment of my reject parameters will get b

WINNING COMBO'S (All States)
Good Morning,
Each day a new set of Keys and Pairs is posted for the Midday drawing, and a different set of keys and pairs is posted for the evening drawing. I am working on the keys and pairs for the midday drawing as we speak. I will be sure to add Flordia in there.

Second chance drawing winner question
I recently defied the odds and won $10k from a second chance drawing from a scratch off game and I need some help. My wife purchased the ticket and I registered it on the lottery website in my name. My wife actually signed the back of the ticket and put her info on it before I registered it online. Well, as I mentioned we won the $10k and now Im unsure how the lottery office is going to do this when we go to claim the prize?? Are they going make me claim it or will they just let my wife claim it

CA first PB analysis
According to CA Lottery, Californians spent $8,408,180 on the first PB drawing that the state has participated - the April 10 drawing. If you look at the Prize Payout table for the April 10 drawing, out of 8.4 million dollars spent, merely 655,174 dollars was returned to the Californians for prizes.
That was a return of about 7.8%. So on average, for every dollar that Californians spent that day, merely 7.8 cents went back to them as prizes. This game sucks.

Have you ever guessed the wrong numbers for a drawing, ...
I almost won $326 if only I bought advance play for 1 more dollar.
Same number, same day drawing but I bought the midday drawing instead of the evening drawing which occurred just five and a half hours later.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
The odds weren't reduced.
in that drawing the odds were reduced from 3,819,816 to 1 to 98,280 to 1.
It's not about 1 in 39 or 1 in a million, just the fact when a group of 28 numbers matches five numbers, the odds are reduced. Your argument makes no sense because several people successfully predicted their 28 number group would match five numbers before the drawing. Just because your group crapped out doesn't mean when it does finally match five the odds are not reduced in that drawing
