It's just waaaaay too easy for NCEL to manipulate the payout and they do this with pre-draws whereby they can post/pre-record the lowest payout combination...its really that simple... Joker17, I think it's the highest skips of the even and odd numbers that accompany the pairs that hit. Example: if 349 is the pick3 result, then pair 39 has hit. the accompanying number is 4. make a record of all the accompanying numbers in the previous drawings, and see how long they've skipped. You can easily take 2 to 3 even and odd accompanying numbers and still end up with an affordable amount to play.

Congrads, Boney! hey, $1 box is cool! Strange stuff going on these days...normally steady EE/OO combos like 68 and 57 are MIA, and for record lengths! Logic says get on em, but then you say....why should I since they are so dead. I'm mixing them up with hot 3rd digit or if combo makes a hot pair like 68 with 4, and 57 with 8. Good luck to all! Alan

The California Lottery website doesn't print the name of the LLC or Trust that is used when you claim your winnings. At least I have never seen one listed. It just says that the winner chose to remain anonymous. I'm not sure what happens if someone (the media) calls the Lottery Office and asks for that specific information. Hello all, Hope everyone is doing OKAY this evening. I'm getting ready to call it a night shortly but before I sign off just wanted to mention that I'm really feeling my Mom's birthmonth and year (531).
