New multi-state lottery game launches Sunday
Correct. This creates more winners because the number of available $1 million prizes increases every draw there isn't a top prize winner. It's just like rolling jackpots except with $1 million prizes. Once the top prize hits the cap ($25 million), all new funds in the jackpot pool go to additional prizes. Conceivably, the more drawings that roll, the more millionaires, which means a cold cycle could result in over 100 millionaires being created in a single drawing. These are guaranteed prizes

The RINGS OF PI SYSTEM - download program
Thanks for your input lakerben. Yes, using 999 as your input does work. As a matter of fact, even if you just use the system as is, and hold a set of number for 5 draws, you will definitely get hits. My goal though, ever since beginning to play the lottery 8 years ago, has always been to hit every draw with a small pool of numbers. I know that many people will say that this is impossible. Though I respect their opinion and experience, I disagree. That being said, the Rings of Pi System wasn't bu

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
I have a bit of a confusion between prior and historical - isn't that which is historical, prior? And how do you have unknown data - the data is the historical data you're using, to configure future results. But like you say, you can interpret this many different ways; and maybe this is all semantics anyway. There are no balls drawn in the CA D3... however, one can assume a similar principle, with it choosing singles that are dependent upon the prior digit - each must be different, or you get

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
I don't subscribe to 'PRIOR' which is a central theme of BAYESIAN Statistics. Bayesian stats depends on large historical data, 'adjusting probabilities' with increase size of data, I am not comfortable with this approach, first you need much large data , second, the ideal of history repeating itself when conditions are different does not appeal to me(my opinion). I did this workout to explain the concept of recurrence to create PREDICTION POINTS in a very simple way by using HISTORICAL draws. I

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Curious if this tests out under analysis, Tia - does it? But then, the smaller you shrink that pool, I'm guessing it's not proportional: the more those odds wildly vary. These are empirical, not theoretical percentages, so the numbers I list are the average of my playing experiences over the last few years. I think you would find, if you kept records, that you should capture 60% of the hits in the ALL Even/Odd series by playing the next 3 games after a hit. I'm not saying that there wouldn'

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
I scan read that page, and I'm not smart enough to fully grasp what the point was - whether pro or con systems. But let me say this, as the starter of this thread, and (I hope) taking off from this and the original topic.... In a purely random universe of, let's just make it easy, between 1 and 100 numbers... and given enticing enough pay-out to even bother with the below example... one should, should, be able to develop a very simple system of consistent winning... involving patience, yes
