Florida joins PB on 1/4, and that's when the matrix changes. The first drawing with the new matrix will be on 1/7. If the store where your friend works isn't going to put the new play slips out until the 7th there are three possibilities. One is that the old slips will still work, but that seems unlikely since they're reducing the number of power balls. Well like they say you have to be In it 2 win it! I am glad he was able to make it to the store in time for the drawing. Remember the poor bloke in Canada who purchased his ticket at the last minute which were valid for Saturday's drawing only to have his numbers hit for the Wednsday drawing? No Pick 3 Evening Numbers Posted in Delaware Yet!
I feel something isn't right here in Delaware! No news on their website as to explain why no numbers for the Pick 3! According to them the drawing was to happen at 7:57 pm and now it's 9:35 pm. I would think they would at-least say something about the computer drawing going haywire or breaking down on the website! People like me are wondering if they are picking numbers that have the least number of winners as to limit their total cash payout for tonights drawing!

Most players if they had an argumentable chance of winning the jackpot would probably try to take advantage of it. In Ohio, terminals are suppose to shut down or change over to the next drawing 15 minutes before the drawing. I've played the MegaMillions game as late as 10:50 pm but I accept the risk that the terminal might print my tickets for the next drawing. I don't understand why Loto-Qu bec doesn't have a similar disclaimer.

3. You buy your tickets on the day of the lottery drawing? I agree Coin Toss. How can picking your ticket on the day of the drawing be a mistake? It doesn't make sense. In fact, my biggest win playing Powerball was when I bought the ticket the day of the drawing. lol.

I believe the midday drawing will be held at 1:30 p.m EDT and the evening drawing will continue to be held at 7:57 p.m. EDT. I think it will be interesting to see how the players like the new drawing. Good luck players!!
