Yes it has been and the funny thing is a little before that it had gone almost two years without a hit to roll up to $50M+ then had a couple of more hits in the following two weeks. It had to be disappointing to the second winner if he had chased it all that time while it build up to $50M+ only to hit the next drawings for only $1M/$500K cash. Still he won more than I ever had.
