Would You Spend $20 On A Raffle Ticket?
I'm with you,
There's no way I would spend $20 on a California raffle ticket. I noticed how alot of the other states have the large tickets with cool jackpots like win for life and half a million dollars and such with pretty decent odds. California seems to find more ways to sell a prettier ticket that will generate more money for them but not the players with better odds. I have purchased the $5 raffle ticket in the past but never again.

Lottery Surveys-CA
I'm in Illinois but get these surveys from the Missouri Lottery. some are quite interesting. A few of them have been about Would you play these scrathcers? and showed different prototype tickets.
One not too long ago was about proposed Pick 5 games and it not only asked if you'd play different matrixes, but showed the breakdown as to how much money they thought each game would bring in and how many jackpots would be paid out a year, and the average jackpot.

POLL: PB and MM in same states, numbers that you'll play
I voted for #4 just because it made me laugh!
I'm assuming those states that will offer both games will eventually ditch their lotto games because players will opt for the higher jackpot games. It's going to be fun to see what happens when both jackpots are high and players won't be able to decide which game to play. There should be lots of confusion when players ask for PB tickets on MM drawing nights, and/or ask for the power play option on MM.

WE want a GREAVY train over HONEST people!ask PSYKO!!
One of these days you're going to finally understand somebody has to pay for the jackpots. In the mean time I suggest you write or call your congressman and tell them to introduce a Constitutional Amendment giving every citizen the right to win a $1 million jackpot.
Good luck!

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Wow glad to hear of your success. Maybe one day you will share with us how you filter your number group without filtering out the winning numbers. Also are you using Gail's wheels or your own wheels? I look forward to hearing that you have won a few cash 5 jackpots. All I've managed to do is win 4/5 on cash 5 that netted me $485. I had spent $38. I figure it was not bad considering I was kind of lost when I wheeled these numbers.

Do you go out of state just for tickets?
Yes,I do. Twice a month. It's only 80 miles down there and back. It gives me a chance to play Mega Millions and Powerball, Wis megabucks and Illinois Lotto, and Illinois little lotto and Wis Badger 5. So I play for multimillions 5 days a week. Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday and Saturday.
The jackpots for Mega and pb are equal, Illinois lotto and Illinois little lotto are much bigger today.
Tonight I'm playing Ill Lotto for 9,500,000 cash, And Illinois little lotto for $200,000.
And Wis

Pb & MM in same state...what will happen?
Whatever the odds are and, whatever the jackpots will be, it will still be more than I have, more than I need and less miles I'll have to travel to get Powerball.
I do enjoy playing, but, being realistic, I am a gambler on the verge of having a problem doing so. But, I proved to myself that I am capable of stopping for short periods of time.

Pb & MM in same state...what will happen?
I dont think this is a good thing...I think its going to hurt PB and MM in the long run. At first sells will be high from all the hype about it, but once players really think about the new odds and yes they will change it...It will make everyone go back to playing their state pick 6 lotto because of the odds. I know we all say were just playing for fun or are occasional players, but just the fact that we are on sites like this one mean we are serious player playing to win. Everyone wants higher

If Your State Had Both Powerball and Mega Millions
I will probably play the game with larger jackpot.
The PB folks are probably unhappy over the fact that the matrix change hasn't produced the huge jackpots they might have
anticipated. The game is being hit often. Add several million more players and the jackpots probably won't climb very fast.
A matrix change is coming for sure, probably pick 5 of 60+. plus a bonus ball.
If it goes to 5 of 70+, I'll start playing Texas Lotto and Pick 5 again. However, Texas Lotto, pick 6 of 54, h

America's multi-state lottery titans agree to ticket-selling partnership
Mega millions will be forced to introduce the mega plier in all states otherwise few people will be motivated to buy it when both jackpots are down.
I like the idea of buying powerball with powerplay two blocks from my home.
