This planned change is very disappointing for long time MD lottery players. Moreover, I found it strange that this change is done just a few weeks before a new administration takes over in MD. Why the rush to implement this change? Why the greediness? I agree with the general sentiment expressed in the comments that this change to computerized drawing will be a big disadvantage to players.
