Lottery players have two massive multi-state jackpots to try to win this week, adding up to a whopping $1.13 billion in total.
According to leading multi-state lottery website USA Mega , the Mega Millions jackpot sits at an estimated $480 million with a cash value of $240.7 million, while tonight's Powerball drawing offers a $675 million estimated jackpot with a cash option

I've tracked Little Lotto and Illinois Lotto for several years (three years of Little Lotto, jackpot by jackpot, and two years of Lotto are here on the forums at LP, in the Pick 5 and Jackpot games forums).
A subscription hit is the rarest of the rare. It happens, but not often.
The most common Little Lotto hit is for $175,000 won by a QP in the Chicago or collar counties area.

Every time time they change the matrix to make it harder to win and/or increase the price they tell us it's because players want bigger jackpots. So now we pay more and get fewer big jackpots due to the reduced sales. I liked it better when the matrix was smaller and the jackpots were around 100M. It wasn't as much money but people would win more often. And I don't know anyone that would turn down 80-100 million.
