Kind of a bait and switch, you read the article and the ticket was just sold this past Saturday. Initially thinking it was set to expire. Heck that wasn't news worthy to even put out there. Sure blame the lottery for everything. Thankfully the article was researched well enough to state that a big chunk of the money goes to who deserves it---the players. Seems like some residents there think the lottery would be a magic cure all bullet for all that ails their school systems. Have property taxes frozen is good for residents, but bad for schools.
