You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
I was talking with a retired college professor the other day and we got into the subejct of the lottery. When he told me that he's never played the lottery, I asked him, So you're too smart to play the lottery? He smiled and said, You can't lose if you don't play. I then pulled a dollar out of my wallet and said, Well i'm going to go lose this money. He then said the smartest thing of all when he replied, If you win remember me. Of course, I didn't win, as I haven't won in tw

Cat saves the day by finding long-lost winning lottery ticket
If a cat finds a winning lottery ticket purchased on Friday the 13th, is it superstition or fate? If you ask Russell Ruff of Somers, Connecticut, the word he'd use is miraculous after the family cat led them to a Powerball ticket they believed was lost. We lost the ticket at home. It went behind a headboard, and we didn't think too much of it... we didn't really check the numbers, recalled Russell. He says the ticket was discovered when the cat somehow made its way behind a bed, prom

Getting Error Popup Window
This help topic deals with error popup windows on the Lottery Post web site. There are many types of error popups, some generated by Lottery Post, and some generated by your web browser. We will show you common error windows generated by Lottery Post, but because of the number of possible browser and operating system combinations, it would be difficult to show all the possible browser-generated popups. Idaho man wins the lottery for the 18th time over 30 years
He says playing [the] lottery is simply something he and his wife have always done for fun together, the Lottery explained. Stopping for gas. Picking up groceries. Grabbing a ticket along the way. It's become part of life. I believe this is true for so many of us, maybe we are stopping at the wrong places Congratulations on the win. Aside: I would like to see a spread sheet of the weekly or monthly lottery budget or money spent

Oregon Lottery Corruption
I am the person who just ended 3 Lottery schemes and have been exposing a multi billion dollar ponzi like scheme by falsifying prize tickets and inflating prizes and revenues. Billions are money laundered through illegal and unregulated VLT's each year. Why? So the State of Oregon could use these falsified Lottery net proceeds to sell over $8 Billiion in Lottery Revenue bond debt obligations now owed. Circle K asks judge to delay expiration date for $12.8 million Arizona Lottery jackpot amid dispute
I don't think the Expiration Date should be extended for this ticket or any ticket that is deemed a winner according to MUSCL and any state lottery that has expiration dates printed on the ticket. It undermines the integrity of the lottery if the Court allows the date to be frozen or extended, possibly every state lottery could be sued and the date becomes meaningless. The parties involved were aware of the pending date and should have asked a judge for a expedited hearing on the owners

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
Also, in regard to this lottery attorney who is also a CPA- I would keep those functions/people separate after an initial period. I would allow this lottery attorney to help me claim a huge win, meet with lottery officials if necessary, help me determine what brokerage firm to deposit my win, set up a charitable entity that I controlled, and handle my tax return for that year. After this initial period, I would get a new cpa and tax attorney. This greatly minimizes any temptations t
