Sunday Drawings
The point is that random events are random events, and n drawings is n drawings. It doesn't matter when they are. One drawing a day for 6 days, or one drawing per hour from noon until 5Pm on Thursday, it's all the same. Adding a Sunday drawing will do two things. It will give people one extra chance to win or lose some money, and it will add one more set of data for those inclined to analyze previous results. As long as you don't add too many decimal places, yes, the drawings are 100% random. Th

Conspiracy Theory ??
Well this reminded me of something I saw back around 1992. I had been living in DE for about 8 months and was watching a Philly station that aired the live PA drawings one night. About 10 minutes before time for the drawing, a three digit number was flashed onto the screen during the show that was on. The number was 000 . I didn't think to much of it immediately, but then I realized it was not yet time for the numbers drawing. Just before 7:00pm, the drawing came on and the numbers were draw

Would consistently playing larger set of numbers be a better strategy?
Luck is luck, and how often you play won't change it. As far as probabilities and strategy, it makes more sense to spend the same amount, but play more numbers at once. Instead of spending money on every drawing spend 10 times as much on only 10% of the drawings, and do it when the jackpot is big. Buying a given number of tickets for the same drawing actually gives you a better chance of winnig than buying the same number of tickets 1 per drawing. It's only a very slightly better chance, but it

If Your State Pre-Test's its Draws List it here
I would think all state pretest, I can't imagine any state having a live drawing with no idea of how their equipment is working. Whether they post them or not, all states pretest their drawing equipment.
Just last week Ohio couldn't complete a drawing on its TV show because a ball got stucked in the chute, I'm sure they had pretests to avoid such incidents happening during the live show.

Weekend gifts!
In an attempt to ward off a few negative vibes around here lately, I added a couple little nuggets for you all!
First, I added all the remaining drawing history for the New Jersey lottery, stretching back to the first drawing of each game.
I already had all the drawing history for the Midday games (Pick 3 4) and Jersey Cash 5, but the other games (Eve Pick 3/4 and Pick 6) only went back as far as the Midday games went, wich was something like 1997 for Pick 3/4, and 2000 for Pick 6.
