real drawings and predetermined draws
And this is where it can get weird how do we know were seeing the real drawing or a pre determined drawing like when the are testing the balls and machines a pre draw could easily be recorded to suite them and when they go on air put the drawing of their choice as live....
four4me made this statement in the fixed lotteries topic so i hope he doesn't mind me quoting him.he made me think real hard on this.best thing that has made me think in a while as far as the lottery goes.they could use thi

The possibilities for fraud in RNG games
The purpose of an independent auditing firm overseeing a lottery drawing is not to just pre-test draws. In a ball drawing, the integrity of the machine is tested and the balls are weighed and their diameter is measured. The ball sets and machines are kept in a locked vault. These are physical checks to make sure the game is honest as intended and can't be tampered with. In a RNG drawing, the auditors can do nothing more than pre-test the computer (and obviously that is not enough to find pro

13 State Employees to Share $224 Million Powerball Lottery Jackpot
That is why I do the Lotto Agreement and With each of my pool's I give new ones each day of the drawing and they are dated and stated onlu good for that days drawing and I list each player in the pool and they get copies of the numbers and I state in the pool agreement that PAST PARTICIPATION DOES NOT ALLOW TO ANY WINNINGS. IF YOU DID NOT ENTER THE DRAWING OF THE WINNING LOTTO YOU ARENT ENTITLED. And I tell them in every agreement the days that the drawings are on and the amount that we play and

Probability of a Rollover in Powerball.
The Powerball has rolled over. The cash value is now $91 million and the annuity value is $195M. The back loaded annuity means that the cash value is actually lower than the cash value for MM.
Sales for the last drawing did not rise appreciably with respect to the previous drawing. Although up until now PB was running above average, sales were, at this time, very close to the average for a 13th drawing.
I am going to estimate that the 14th drawing will also be average, and calculate the

Co-worker suing for share of lottery prize
The usual tiresome co-worker squabbles. It will be nice if they say to him You didn't pay that drawing, you admit you didn't pay, you're out, you get nothing, think about that the next time you blow your last dollar. But I guess it will depend on how many tickets the group got for that drawing with one person allegedly not included vs. what they usually get with him included. If they bought fewer for that drawing because he hadn't paid so they counted him out, then his request was either not m

alittle odd...
Like Coin Toss said...the odds of a winning ticket are 146,107,962 to one. So if 146,107,962 DIFFERENT tickets were sold EVERY drawing, there would be one winning ticket sold EACH week, because that's how many combinations there are....It never changes. The only thing that changes is the number of different tickets sold for a particular drawing. If more than one person chooses the same combinations on a particular drawing, and that combination is the one drawn, there will be more winners. Since

Euro Millions rolled to £100M
Just6, as of this time, my answer to your question is 148.334M, which is based on dvdiva's good record of US jackpots (thanks, dvdiva) and www.xe.com, a famous currency conversion service. That is, in order for Euro Milions jackpot to match the record US jackpot of $182M in cash value, it needs to be 148.334M.The estimated jackpot for this coming Friday drawing is 146M, which, as seen in the front page of PTS, is equivalent to $179.2M - exactly same as one converted by XE.com serive. As I not

wierd dream help
Hi,Well I hope you are buying some tickets! It could mean several things. First it could be pure wish fulfillment. Second it could mean you are going to win! Third, it could mean that you could win if you put your mind to it!I had a dream once that I was walking down the street and someone came out of a pawn shop and bumped into me. Then I had this big diamond ring! That morning I was telling the dream to my friend when the phone rang. It was a man from a jewelry store saying I had won the d

Payouts:
People of North Carolina,Florida and any other states that are not a part of Powerball or Mega Millions. I ask you to look at these facts. For years people in the PB states were ripped off by getting only $100000 for five numbers. People in the MM states recived $150000, 50% more. It then went up to $1750000 while PB states still recived $100000, now PB states pay $200000 to $175000. Now I ask all of you to go to www.usamega.com and run your arrow up to current jackpot, you will get the cash
