Approximately 12% of the U.S. population is black (as Stack poointed out) yet 18% of federal employees are black. Funny how people who start discussions such as this one never point out such things as disproportionate.

How I picked the numbers was just a little back tracking some of the older winning numbers and seeing what tiers they fell into and a little luck really. I found that the winning numbers for the AZ Pick 3 for the past 2 1/2 months fell in the top 6 tiers. So I just grabbed a few numbers from each of the top 6 tiers totalling 20 combos all together. I then pasted them into Notepad and basically took out every other combo leaving me with 10 numbers to play. 555 just so happened to be in the bunch

I guess I was wrong then. I dont know I just felt compaire to lets say a year ago Powerball have more repeating numbers then before and kind of sometimes in a weird way...I dont remember I was noticing this before..I had this little feeling that they do this purposely to draw prize of Jackpot. I dont know for sure, as I said its only the small thought and I dont have any proof ofcourse, but this came across my mind. Funny you should mention this! I was in Publix just an hour ago and went into the liquor store. There is never a line there, but most people don't realize it also has a Lottery machine (although not every store has a separate liquor shop) Anyway, the man behind the counter said he thinks Crandell should get $5 million.
