In order for them to make a ball drawing rigged like you stated would require that the whole crew be involved in some form or fashion. Each state game is different and each drawing is different. There is no way to predict one state's day and evening drawing with the same 10 numbers. That is why I only work on one state, Texas, and post indivdual predictions for each drawing. Anything else intellectual laziness.
