I should have posted these numbers for you guys....sorry
Hi,I am new to this board and this is my first post. :-) Also I don't live in any of the Mega Millions states.:-(( I live in Florida. I do hope and pray that some day Mega Millions may come to Florida. Hey, but I'm not out of the running just yet. I do have a friend in New Jersey who is willing to play for me. Anyway, I noticed that you said that you always get the correct numbers but you have to figure out the correct combination. What program is it that you use to give you so accurate of numbe

For CashOnly, update to my previous thread
Someday22: A. Why couldn't they have had Mega Millions stickers printed soon after they knew about the name change? B. That is a poor excuse to keep the 6/49 and 6/42 games annuity-only. (From a player's standpoint, or even the Lottery's, there is NO real excuse.) C. Even if MA were to allow more lump sums, their should be just ONE in-state six-number jackpot game in companion to Mega Millions - either the 6/49 OR 6/42 OR (my preference) a NEW game with 46-48 balls. Mr F (?), you should tell t

TODD-Re: MEGA
ROW,It will be interesting to watch the first time the Mega Millions jackpot progresses. I think it will grow faster than the old Big Game, but I'm not sure exactly how fast.As for an equal 6/49 jackpot having better odds, you're right! The difference is that Mega Millions has much better lower-tier prizes. For example, if you hit 5 of 6 in NJ, you might get about $2,500. In MM, if you hit the first 5 numbers, you get $175,000. There are also more ways to win (total of nine). Each game has pluses

NY Lotto 6/59 return vs. Mega Millions return.
NY Lotto 6/59 returns ONLY 10% below the jackpot, vs 18.3% in Mega Millions, since MM has a 50% overall prize return.

NY Take Five added to Lotto Cheatah
The NY Take Five is a far better game than the NY Lotto 6/59, which hopefully people will abandon in droves for Mega Millions.

Message to Ohio Lottery players
The $13.3 million cash value in Mega Millions is over 53% of the annuity option. However, the Ohio Lotto cash value is ONLY 44% of the annuity. The extra four payments (30 total) in the Ohio Lotto annuity do not fully account for the 9-percentage-point difference in the percentage of the cash options vs the respective annuities. This proves that the Ohio Lottery continues to cheat lump-sum winners in Ohio Lotto of the FULL cash value. Something to think about now that Mega Millions is played in

What's Going to Happen?
On the Ohio cards, the game is called THE BIG GAME MEGA MILLIONS, so the name Biggame is still in the name.RJOh
