Computerized States
Todd many many LP posters have requested and even suggested that some place in LP (maybe the states lottery results pages) it would be listed what states use analog/computerized drawings.ThanksJustin

Landmark bill would ban computerized lottery drawings in Delaware
Quote: Originally posted by Todd on January 20, 2005Can you believe the audacity of a Lottery Director who says that they get tons of complaint letters from the players, but they're still going to do the computerized drawings anyway?? Just goes to show what his priorities are.Right on Chief! They advertise that it's a game, but hide behind the business.

Landmark bill would ban computerized lottery drawings in Delaware
This can be used in any state: contact your representatives, and let them know that other legislators in other states feel the same way.Lottery games are nothing but money to a state, and if that money is threatened the will act. Let them know that players don't like computerized drawings, and will play less if they don't bring back mechanical draw machines.I love the fact that one of the sponsors of the Delaware bill is the House Majority Leader.

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
I think the lotteries will be smart enough to understand that conspiracy theories will start to appear and that their credibility will drop if they go for computerized drawings.Just look at the computerized voting lottery which kept Bush in power...

ball drawings vs. computer drawings
Quote: Originally posted by golotto on December 25, 2004i can say that the last pick-3 ticket i bought was the day prior to learning that my state had gone to computerized drawings. since then i've stayed mainly with the old faithful powerball and also getting hotlotto tickets just across the border in minn and iowa. i'd like to occasionally get back into my state games of pick-3 and 4, but as crazy as it may sound, i'm just not ready to accept the rng computer draws ... yet. maybe in time.wisco

computerized drawings
Quote: Originally posted by LOTTOMIKE on December 22, 2004i think we need to have it on a ballot and voted on in each state if the people do or don't want computerized drawings if the state plans on changing from one to the other!i couldn't agree more, it should be left up to the people whom spend their money on any lottery.....!!!

Weird Quick Picks
The oddest thing I get with Quick Picks is repeating numbers. (The same numbers appearing on subsequent tickets.) Then again, since a computer is generating the numbers, it's not odd at all -- which is one of the reasons I'm against computerized drawings.
