Haiti is again faced with disaster. The death toll there is tremendous. The money that poured in for the earthquake 16 years

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
If that's all you think there is to worry about is butt hurt, you are gravely mistaken. Tissues, Preparation H and whining.
That's not what Trump supporters will need if he loses. There would be great disappointment just like when Obama won
but if the next 4 years will be just like the last 8, it'll just be satisfying to know that the vote we cast was for change and
that we didn't cave and support lies, corruption, mismanagement and being taken for just our vote. ObamaCare is crashing.

The secret to winning lottery with Scratch off's
This is not true. While scratch may seem random they are not random at all. Of course you can blow me off and just say whatever, but after spending around 100k last year on lottery tickets and making 40k i can tell you they are not entirely random. Scratchoffs are printed by an algorithm developed with a base set of logic. There are a couple of the rules that I know and rules for each game are different based off the percentage payout of a game. To help draw you a picture of why they are not ran

Another lottery contract is under the D.C. Council's microscope
For more than two hours Thursday, a D.C. Council committee discussed the merits of the lottery contract.
No, not that lottery contract. Not the one for the city's electronic numbers games, which has been a pox on city politics for five years now, prompting numerous hearings, lawsuits, reports, investigations, newspaper articles, editorials, and much embarrassment.
This lottery contact is a smaller one, worth $9.7 million over four years to produce and distribute scratch-off tickets, awarde

A Dallas-area man who Travis County prosecutors say had his $1 million lottery ticket stolen by a convenience store clerk in 2009 has sued the Texas Lottery Commission and others in hopes of recovering all of his winnings.

Disgruntled Lottery Employees Tell Everything!
They might get a wireless adapter at Micro Center for $10 that works for Wi-Fi hot spots. They don't have to throw it away, that just helps avoid the paper trail, or the actual proof that the post came from their computer, if it came to that, which I very seriously doubt that it would. The wireless adaptor is the link between the Wi-Fi connection and the computer. It is just a security measure to get rid of it.
It is almost like your fingerprint so to speak. If you wear latex gloves, and get

First off, it took me a very long time to get this answer. I had sent numerous letters from my friend and I under the freedom of information act to get my questions answered. I had to finally go on a major letter writing campaign and literally write to every single NYS Assemblyman and S

LottoArchitect's review.
I just read that and tried it, it sure helped a lot, but created more questions.
I will have to read the help file.
Well, I just learned how to save the generated combinations on a text file.
Now I am getting some-where little by little.
There is still much that I don't know, later I will read the help file again.
Also I still don't yet know what many of the filters on LA are, once I know a lot more about LottoArchitect then I will know, if it is more advanced for the pick 3 game
