I doubt if anyone even think they could come up with a scheme for doing that even with games that generally have jackpots of less than $10M but several members have PM me saying they've come close to doing that with pick5 games like Ohio's Rolling Cash5 that have jackpots of $100K to $500K. Since none of them had a LP prediction history, I dismissed them as scams and never replied.

Tonight's MM drawing will produce another Millionaire
In spite of the fact that their jackpots aren't as big as they have been in the past today's multi-state games are producing more millionaires. With their powerplays and megapliers it's likely that some of their players will end up millionaires every drawing even if their jackpots aren't won.

The new odds for Mega Millions have been a failure!
I too thought that we'd see winning jackpots in the $500 million range more often. And that we'd see a jackpot on or around the billion dollar mark about once a year. So far, I'm not seeing any significant difference between the jackpots won before the matrix changes and those won after. And no new records have been set. Powerball still holds the record for the largest single jackpot payout using a matrix with better odds than MM. Who would have thought it?

The new odds for Mega Millions have been a failure!
They promised higher jackpots more often.
I don't recall anyone promising higher jackpots more often ; do you have a quote from a MUSL or a state lottery official?
Because the odds against were increased from 175 million to 1 to 258 million to 1, the obvious should be jackpots will be hit less often than before. Jackpots should be higher because of the higher odds, but just like before when the jackpot approaches $500 million, a jackpot frenzy begins making it almost must win

One winner in $260 million Powerball jackpot
I was hoping the jackpot would get to $300 million, but it seems like someone always wins before the jackpot gets too big. Yeah there haven't been any big jackpots lately, kind of disappointing since I only play when the jackpots get really big(over 300 million).

Why is the Ohio Classic Lotto so difficult to win?
The second tier prizes in state lotto games usually are small, because it's the jackpots that attract players. If they allocated more money for the second tier prizes, the jackpots would be much smaller, and take even longer to grow. I don't play for the second tier prizes, but I sure wouldn't turn them down either.

So much for those big jackpots from Mega Millions LOL
No matter how high the lotteries jack up the odds, the jackpot can still be won even at low sales levels. Nobody buys a ticket and thinks, I hope the jackpot rolls. LOL Remember back in December 2012, which was almost a year after PB changed to its current incarnation, four $50 million jackpots were won back-to-back, and it actually cost the MUSL $59 million from its reserve funds. It took the game months to recover, as they had to keep drawing its jackpots down to replace those funds.

Why does the Mega Millions Jackpot not start at $40 mil?
I couldn't care less about where either game jackpot starts because I will only play when their jackpots and odds of winning are worth the price of of their tickets which is more than $100M. When they are less I have a choice of other games with similar jackpots with better odds.

$353 MILLION: Red hot Mega Millions jackpot set for Friday
I don't mind the rise in prices to increase the jackpots. You can almost win 100mill every month. I throw thousands away in taxes every year and get nothing for it, so the extra dollars spent on lotto does'nt bother me. I never understood why people only play when jackpots are really big. I guess everyone wants a bargain for their $$$.
