I really liked the odds of the Millionaire Raffle game, so I bought several tickets, the winner explained to the Lottery. I won a $366,984 Fantasy 5 jackpot prize just over a year ago, so when I logged into my Lottery account and saw a notification that I'd won the $1 million Millionaire Raffle prize, I was in total disbelief that I'd won big again! I stand to be corrected, but this sure does feel and sound like a Lottery Post member Nway, whoever you are, congratulations on the win.

The idea that the IOWA lottery let a guy write an RNG, let that same guy have access to the machines without random supervision and witnesses, and used his code without an independent audit boggles my mind. Me too. I would think that episode would be burned into every lottery in the country, whether it's RNG or ball drawn, so that never happens again. On the same mindset, look how quickly Mississippi researched and started their own lottery. Maybe Granny the Governor is stalling things and yet they can't see the forest for the trees.
