I dont see any problem with sharing tickets only from drawings where the jackpot is over a certain threshold. You definitely can't limit the sharing to jackpots of a certain size, because that would be a tacit acknowledgement that you are sharing the jackpot rather than the ticket. An agreement that says that you are buying and immediately gifting shares of a ticket for any drawing where the advertised jackpot (specifying either annuity or cash value) is at or beyond some threshold should be cle

Considering how fast the dollar is falling it would have to reference Euromillions. The biggest pot they had was 183 or $286 Million but Euromillions recently has had very low jackpots with few rollovers and no changes in the works. Powerball can't roll that high because of the cap. Megamillions will most likely never get that high either with it's current matrix. I doubt the current run will be any higher than $150M.

Regardless of the jackpot size, you CANNOT WIN if you don't play. Would you be unhappy if you only won $15 Million? And while the odds are the same regardkless of the jackpot, there are more tickets wagered at the higher jackpots thus diminishing your chances of holding the winning ticket.
