they cant be telling the entire story of why they really want to get rid of the lottery because oklahoma had a powerball winner in june so im sure that helped to encourage more people to play and increase revenue

I'm happy with TN but they can do better! Put lotto 5 as a daily draw. Also add a Pick 6 lotto game. TN players love lotto 5. I think an instate pick 6 would only improve the lottery and increase sales. (Most of the people I speak to say Powerball is nice but they would like to play a game where TN players win more often).

Well notwithstanding the statistical data, it is obvious from the recent winners of the record Mega Millions jackpot and the recent Powerball winners from Oregon, Iowa, Minnesota, Arizona, and Wisconsin that the state computer generated QPs is the way to go. From hence forth, I shall play 3 QPs for every own pick so as to increase my chances of winning the jackpot. What ratio do you play...?

It didn't roll. MM Jackpot winners were sold in New Jersey and Georgia. I had hoped that only one ticket wins jackpot or rolls to 470+ million [an increase of 80 million].

I heard an interview with Yolanda Vega on Z100 or KTU this morning as I was heading to work. She is ready to go, and she mentioned that the advertised jackpot amount might even increase today. She will be inside during the drawing...so no worries about frostbite, gusty winds or frozen lottery balls affecting the outcome!

Are you for or against PowerBall's "side pool"?Reply
I am FOR it as long as it only applies to record jackpot levels.. I would not want the 25M increase limit to be on all drawings, and I like the idea that a 5 of 6 PB could be a better play than a similar Cash-5. The downside is that if you want to ever see a 500M Powerball this will not help. Maybe the Side Pool should also apply to lower prizes i.e. $5 for a BB-only match or for 2 #s a free play.

Attention all lottery players im asking every one to not play lotto until they show the balls on TV.they make millions there CEo makes millions.they can buy a 3 minute slot to show the balls coming up the shoot.I know its hard to stop, but to increase our odds we have to stop! try for one week. im sure if they show the balls on tv we can win a whole lot$$$$$ more .

Well Lottolaughs, the hitting pattern is still the same that's cool, We dont have to increase our combo selection within our strings, however completely shut out of straights in the mid and eve. darn!, that's why it's important to test test test. And if only looking at EVE as we did from the first 2 days of this test we have 4 boxed hits. A couple more days of this type of result and this may be more of a comparision reduction tool rather than a bet tool

Higher Payouts= Higher Interest= Higher Jackpots= Higher Revenues for all parties involved. Again Europe is ahead of the curve, while the US's idea to increase revenue is to give us worse games with name changes that are defunct after a year. The US should also start NOT taxing lottery winnings.
