Mega Million System
I wouldn't waste time selling it to other people if it can win jackpots. I would use it for my own benefit until I was filthy rich beyond my imagination .
Then I would give it away for free.

$270 Million: Mega Millions lottery jackpot raised again
If you win, plan on a little bit longer drive. Savannah has a lottery office, but jackpots can only be claimed at the lottery headquarters, in Atlanta.
No big deal if you win....right ?

Which gives me a better chance of winning a lottery?
Statistically (odds) $100 in one shot is better than $50 in two draws..no matter what the game.
You can win $220 million playing Mega Millions on Tuesday by buying only one ticket. Buying 100 tickets give you more chances to win, but it won't change the jackpot so you are decreasing the payoff odds from $220 million to $1 to $22 million to $1. Looking at from the reverse side since only one of your 100 tickets can win the jackpot, 99 of them have a zero chance of winning it. In ever Mega Mi

Lump Sum or payments?
Powerball Jackpots can be taken by annuity and then cashed out later.
It's a good tactic to use. It let's everyone around you know that you are on a fixed income and once they get used to that idea, you can cash out your annuity and invest it for better gains and do it descretely too.

the future of the lottery as you see it...
I think the future of the lottery will be such that the average person won't be able to play it. It wil be a luxury that people will play only when the jackpots are out of this world. Something like going to Atlanctic City for a day of gambling. You really can't do that everyday. I believe that people will protest the computerize games to the point that they will return to the mechanical. Somebody is going to uncover somebody is tampering with the computer program and this will lead to a demand

Lump Sum or payments?
I'll definately take the lump sum and try to get all the financial advise I can from various sources to decide where to put it all, because I definately won't put it all in one place. With 100 mil after taxes, off-hand, I'd say it's a good idea to award yourself about 10 million to spend, and invest the rest at first. Hopefully the 10 mil would last, if it doesn't, hopefully you're smart enough to realize how lucky you are that you didn't award yourself the full amount to spend and slow down. Pe

Can you SMELL that PA STENCH?
Actually, Benmas, considering how other posts in recent years have gone on for pages and pages and pages, this discussion is not getting too long.
And having read and re-read your post, I think you make some very fine points. In fact, your post is a living testament to and exposure of how the jackpots in PA and their respective number fields were emasculatied.
But to my mind, if I have a choice between voting in a rigged election or none at all, I choose none at all . The change of the 5/

PA Cash 5 Changing Matrix
I just noticed this as well. I am sure they are just trying to get bigger jackpots. Odds of almost 1 in 1 million for this type of game seems way to high.

you are wrong to a certain extent....play less $ or less frequently is better...Even with the game nearly doubling the previous odds..it is still the best jackpot game in PA...it has 5 times better odds than match 6, it is better than PB match 5...and the jackpots will roll more often than in the past...pick 3 and 4 are not jackpot games so i will dismiss them as alternatives (they are not greener pastures)...the majority of people play it to hit it big...(by the way ever since the new format th

Dont play the Cash5 anymore and work on the pick 3 and 4's. No big jackpots, but much better odds. Just make the decision to stop playing that pick5 once and for all and move on to greener pastures. Best of Luck !
