Texas Lottery confirms that Quick Picks are not generated by "central computer"
The problem I am having with your statements is that you are being vague about where you believe there is manipulation.
When we are talking about rigging a drawing , that specifically refers to altering the lottery drawing machine -- or the balls that get drawn from it -- in order to make certain numbers come out.

Why the sudden concern with anonymity ?
guesser...it might be good for you to retrace your steps in this thread. When amsoly41 mentioned there were 10 states that allowed anonymity there was no mention of it just being for Powerball. You narrowed it down to Powerball. In order to get the true picture it would be best to include other states beyond those that offer Powerball.
Here is what I have come up with by reviewing both the Mega Millions and Powerball web sites. I have also listed those states that allow blind trusts. Wh

It is a subtle reminder that lottery tickets are available not far ahead.Kentucky does little to promote its lottery in Tennessee, spokewoman Sara Westerman said. But it would like to keep as much as possible of the estimated

Mega Millions Price hike : In April 2025, the price of a Mega Millions ticket more than doubled, increasing from $2 to $5.
