Is there such a system or software that works with sums? Help! :-)
This is probably what RJOH was referring to.
The following link can be used to generate all the combinations for a particular game matrix but it will not filter on sum.

just discovered an amazing pick4 system
RJOh, I have to both agree and disagree with you here. True, the logic is very different because Pick 3/4 players know that they must win at some point simply due to the design (numerical range) of the game. A player losing their money on a 0-9 game has much, much better odds of winning or recovering their money than the player trying to win on a 1-56-type game ALL DAY LONG...and those wins can occur more frequently. Match three numbers on Pick 3 and you get what for a str8 or box match? Match t

What is the best way to win the lottery?
RJOh,
I'm sure you realize that in all the world of gambling there is no bet that exists that the player is supposed to win.
Knowledgeable players are all aware of this while system sellers try to hide it and promote hype.
Of course more losers are computer picks, it's just a reflection of sales.
Regardless of the method of number selection, the fact that the six numbers a player picked were the six numbers drawn is pure luck.

What threads entertain lottery officials the most?
RJOh,
That's all true but a lot of it is a given as to why they would be here.
I meant entertaining as in a case of real bad information such as, There's a lottery place in Missouri where you can buy Illinois and Missouri lottery tickets at the same store. (Someone once told me that in real life - and they believed it).
If you were looking for information on this board to see something like How much would a game have to change before you stopped playing it? , and stumbled into

Why is the Ohio Classic Lotto so difficult to win?
RJOH,
Can feel the frustration as LP is showing the Ohio Classic Lotto jackpot is now over $72M. Here in NJ our Pick 6 game has not had a winner since December 2013 and the jackpot here is only over $18M. Our Pick 5 is nearing a million but that game will eventually have a hit soon, as it usually does.
For me trying, too hard to win is a losing proposition. Know if I stop focusing on a particular game; it will get a hit. Think I'll continue with quick picks and some family birthday number

Has Gail Howard ever won the lottery?
From my observations, she has not won the JP in the lottery.
(Although she has won the JP in producing JP millionaires)
The best she has done from my knowledge is win a 5/6 in NY.
I dont know the matrix when she won.
But if you love RJOH for scoring 5/6,
then you have to love GH!!!!

Megamillions and Powerball Games
RJOh,
He might change his mind if you won a jackpot so you know what have to do to advance this discussion.
No, I would not change my mind. Winning a jackpot proves absolutely nothing about whether it's possible to win more with a system vs random play. Jackpots have been won by people purchasing their very first Quick Pick ticket on their 18th birthday.

lottery watching us?
With JP games, no, but If they see someone make a working p-3 or p-4 system public, they may increase the matrix if the people who see the post make tons of money and break the lottery's bank.
With the big games, they couldn't give two shmuckolas about systems on LP.
I agree with RJOH when he regularly says (paraphrasing) that even with a JP winner who claims using a system, one has to wonder If luck was also involved since they haven't won another JP since. Makes sense to me.
The odds

Fantasy5 EZ match showing numbers that will come out in drawing
You obviously missed my point. And you obviously need to defend your stance on the JP games. I knew you were under duress when you equated the 1 in 1000 in p-3 to the JP games, somehow trying to justify your own desire to satisfy the questions I proposed about the astronomical odds in the other threads unsuccessfully.
Yeah, buy a thousand tickets each drawing for a 1 in 1,000 odds to win. Much more for higher JP matricies. Good luck with that. You must have really deep pockets.
Now that's

Do You Think??
I assume you're talking about Scratchers.
As far as Scratchers go, we know it can be done and as RJOh mentioned, it already has been done in Indiana. We know that Lottery Officials, employees or security personnel either know or can find out where winning tickets are going and we just have to trust that they don't use that information to enrich themselves. I personally play Scratchers very, very rarely so I don't really think about it much.
I don't believe that is being done with the big j
