Pick 4 Winning Guidlines Using Pick 3 Doubles
It is still a good pick. Search past results see when those pick 4 combos appeared. I would recommend going through the doubles pay close attention to same day doubles, for example the 9009 in DE-evening, that came from of course combos 009-CT-07/18, 099-QC-07/18. The 099 combo came in DC-evening. But before the hit in DC, it was a candidate for a winning pick 4. Also any doubles that are lagging, meaning not coming out within a reasonable time span to it's companion double. What is

Changes in Mega Millions
Currently Mega is a 1/56 + 1/46 game. It has been on a record low jackpot sting lately and it's sales have also followed suite. It's now not a matter of if but when Mega will be changed. This is just a poll to see which option is the most palitable. For lowering the odds I was thinking they could drop both a white ball and a mega ball bringing the odds to 1:156 million. For raising the odds they would have to add a white ball (57 + 46) bringing the odds to 1:192 million instead of

Astonishing lucky streak for DC-4
Players of the D.C. Lottery s four-number game have been on an inconceivable roll of fortune. The average payout for DC-4, the twice-daily game featuring a $5,000 top prize, has cleared 70 percent in six of the fiscal year s nine months 20 percent higher than normal. In May, the payout hit an all-time record of 87 percent. In other words, for every dollar bet on the game, the lottery returned an unheard of 87 cents to winners. DC-4 paid out $6.5 million in prizes for the month.

Hey CD..where are the RARE nums?
I have not looked at the Rare numbers by themselves that much as of late.... but I just did a quick look at the remaining states that are left to go. Frankly.... They all look kinda flush to me. Must have already been a Storm of these turkeys pass thru town or something. Funny .... CD's Calif is the only one I would toss a dart at tonight... maybe KS a little bit. Maybe have to dig out the old White House Stimulus Picks all state stats from way back. As far as I know they

chewie poll
Barrista: I don't recall ever experiencing any discontent over your comments, nor expressed any venom toward you. Just keeping the record straight. I don't know whether I like you or not. I certainly disagree with you on some matters we both probably consider important. But you've never spewed any venom at me, so far as I recall, and I hope I've never spewed any at you. You strike me as a person who might be okay, at least okay as defined by 21st century standards. J

US House on the brink of taking away online gambling rights
Gamblers who prefer their laptops to blackjack tables won't like what Congress is doing. On Tuesday, the House plans to vote on a bill that would ban credit cards for paying online bets and could padlock gambling Web sites. The legislation would clarify existing law to spell out that it is illegal to gamble online. To enforce that ban, the bill would prohibit credit cards and other payment forms, such as electronic transfers, from being used to settle online wagers. It also would give la

The best play is .....
OK..... A. If you play the number 123 in 10 states you might just win in 2 or 3 states in one night at the most . ... but B. If you played the number 123 in your own state 10 times and it hits....well you could get pretty rich all at one time doing it that way. All at one time is better. I have seen one state get a number I haven't ever seen one number hit in all 10 states ...... ever. So I voted B. for your own state. P.S. Does make you wonder ...... What is th

Case....to ...Visual Basic ?
Well, if I understand the basic concept of a Macro, the purpose is to create a routine to replicate a given task repeatedly. So, with that little bit of knowledge, without knowing what the language is, could you provide a description of what the intended actions are? FYI, in Excel, if you activate the RECORD MACRO routine and proceed thru the same identical steps you would want the routine to process, you will, in essence establish the foundation of a macro that you can easily edit. It also
