April 18, 2012, RED BUD, IL The Illinois Lottery today presented a ceremonial oversized check to the third and final winners of last month s record Mega Millions prize Merle and Patricia Butler of Red Bud. The couple, who were able to keep their win a secret for nearly three weeks, came forward at a press conference held in the Red Bud Village Hall to claim their share of the $656 million Mega Millions grand prize. MEGA Millions and Powerball strategies
Hi guys, It's nice to meet you. My name is Julia, and i'm a lottery beginner I would like to ask if there are any strategies for PowerBall and MEGA Millions. I mean for lotteries with both ordinary and special numbers. I scoured the Internet and found a lot of information about strategies for lotteries like pick 6 out of 49 (without special numbers). Just a few extra words on Quick Picks ... if you remember the 24 yr old woman from Michigan that won a nice jackpot last June ... she played $10 a week ($5 + $5) for five years and got lucky ... but four number sets of the five number set were her own numbers and the last number set was a Quick Pick.
