Here Is The Proof Your Lottery, Mega Millions and Powerball is Cheating You
I don't wager on the next combination drawn, I wager on the next official combination drawn just like everyone else. But we've mentioned that in a few times this thread already.
It's also been mentioned that under state lottery rules the equipment and mechanisms will be periodically tested to ensure a random drawing but it hasn't stopped changes of tampering either.
From the Texas site: A pre-test is an unofficial drawing that tests the machine and the ball set used for the day and nigh

Winner of New York's biggest lottery jackpot sold himself the ticket
I must comment on the this story and I too am not in favor of retailers being able to play the NY State Lottery. Here is why:
Most people are not aware that to speed up the cashing process of tickets (this is according to the NYS Lottery commision) no part of the front of any NY Instant Lottery ticket needs to be exposed. They calim to have built in security measures to keep dishonest retailers from cheating the system. They also claim that they can not reveal what type of system they use.

Cheating.
I just tried to help people increase their odds, take advantage of tickets, and in a sense cheat the lottery. My post is in the 'scratch-off' section. I can't post it here. You're welcome.

2) Most you ever spent on mega or powerball?
3) Most you ever won?

Giving Tips.
I think clerks who give out tips on scratch-offs should be fired and they should not be allowed to purchase scratch-offs from the store they work. It makes it a tampered with game for others. It's not fair and it's cheating. The clerks and the people who tip them get the winning tickets. That's why I don't buy scratch-offs. They get stepped on.
There was a lottery employee who told a friend where a winning million dollar scratch-off was and that person drove to that city, bought the e

If you had a 'system'....
To a limited extent I might consider that the answer depends on what a system that really worked means and what sharing means, but for the most part I think the poll shows that a lot of the people here have no grasp of reality.
Even if the hypothetical system only gives you a small edge, anything that lets you turn a profit will let you build it into something that's makes a lot of profit. Once you're making a lot of profit the lottery department and the IRS are likely to notice, and th

Anyone watch E! True Hollywood Story: Curse of the Lottery show?
Wow, you either have an oppositional personality, or you just cannot grasp what I have been trying to say so you are picking apart different parts of my post.
That is the same as saying a hungry man would buy food, an alcoholic would buy booze, or a woman would go shopping. It might be safe to say that no two people would spend exactly the same.
OK What are you talking about and why make this point, just for the sake of writing something? Yes no two people would spend the money the same,

Crime doesn't pay.......MUCH!
Meantime think of all those punters who were innocently placing bets believing it's all on the level. Crime doesn't pay for those few who just got caught but think about the many who got away

WHO is going to show you how to win w/ positive R.O.I. Long term
'au contrair, mon ami' we know gaming practices have improved because of litigation but they haven't gone away.
This is a public forum, that in it's scope concerning confidentiality has time/space limitations, also we are open to lottery and casino visitors.... therefore, unfortunately, not so free for unrestricted revelations.
That being said, I cannot delve or be baited into a debate with anyone who isn't known to me personally.
So with one thing taken with another, in brief, if one

Arizona Lottery delays expiration date of $12.8 million jackpot-winning ticket in legal battle
Paying for a ticket after it's determined to be a winner (in this case and the lottery club you mentioned) is not gambling. It's cheating.
The ticket belongs to Circle K. By policy, they are required to buy the ticket when no one else does prior to the drawing. The money gets taken out of their lottery account the instant it is printed.

Maryland woman who studies lottery numbers wins second $50,000 Bonus Match 5 prize in three months
YUP!! You can lose over over but win a couple times big and they say you are cheating ect. Only way I know to get around that is play games that are below the tax threshold so they never know you are winning.
Great to see someones 'plan/strategy' pay off
