Her in New York City and the outer boroughs they do incredible volume in lottery sales , there rarely is any problem cashing tickets. Heck I know a few stores that will cash ten $500 tickets at once. As for those small town stores that sell scratchers they should be required to have at least a couple of thousand on hand in the event someone hits so they can be paid out.

Michigan lottrey did not televise midday numbers.
There wasn't a major event such as the supper bowl or winbeldon going on to be the reason not to televise the midday results.what is strange to me was that the lottrey guy did come on tv to let us know that it will not be televised. This my not be a prophetic dream. But I dreamt that I pocessed a new found power to fly. This may be an event related more in my waking life and represented itself in the dream. In the dream when I zoom in on myself I was able to attain the flying ability. But when I zoomed out I lost the ability.

Yes, $350/day. The sysem I developed got cold so I stopped using it. While it was hot I needed to cover enough pick 4 numbers, thus $350/day to win between $350 - $1,000/day. Would profit between $3,000 - $5,000 a month already calculated in many days I lost. Though it was a short lasted event, my luck is not the same since. Now I am lowering the bets amount and numbers. :)
