We may feel as if we're coming out of the fog today when the clouds of illusion begin to lift and we can see things as they really are. Are you applying that to scratch offs as well? Because you're making excuse after excuse for why california gets the wins all the time, I find it very hard to believe they buy up all the numbers. The Multi state lottery needs to release actual ticket numbers bought by each state.

Yeah speedy! You never wonder how games can be out for years and the top prizes go unclaimed? They release them slowly. That is the only way to make a profit. I wouldn't doubt if this year is the best year in lottery history as far as sells.
