Is the lottery honest? Yes. Are some people in the lottery always honest? No. When people aren't honest that is when you get fiascos such as rigged lottery draws and someone buying out a store where a winning million dollar scratcher ticket is. Fair point BUT....If you don t play then you won t stand a chance to win, true? To my understanding and from your words all lotteries are rigged, you have provided some of the reasons.... so if it is rigged then there must be system in place which that system has to be mathematical and nothing else and therefore we use math to narrow down to their system and increasing our chances to win more often or perhaps win big! what a crock!!! western canada can't throw any new numbers?? i know that pair 01 is going to about 120 days. 47 and 12 are heading over 100 too. WC rigged..rigged..rigged. glad i won a few bucks on hockey. chased again of course. pure garbage !!!! a full number returns exact order, but still no back to back 3 digit?? I tnink that it could be rigged to have more of the large jackpot winners from a particular area win; it seems there are more winners in Northern CA than Southern CA and that the same numbers are being played more than the others; It would be very sad to find out that the lotto is being rigged with cheaters who know how the system really works.
